Stackby Pricing

A stack is a collection of tables or sheets. It can be used as a single sub-team, unique process or a workflow that you collaborate with your team. Each table contains rows that can be utilized as an object, ideas or people that you’re managing and columns that are unique field attributes like number, text, dropdowns, attachments, checkboxes, etc. Please check your total stack limits in a workspace based on your plan.

Usage limits are determined by number of rows you can create and attachments you can add. We limit the number of rows that are added across all tables. You can upgrade your plan to one of our premium plans based on your workflow needs.

You can view the change log of each row in your table and keep track of the changes, comments or activities. We offer limits on the number of days you can view your change log based on your plan type.

Upgrades apply per workspace. So a same user can be on a Business Plan on one workspace and Economy Plan on another. You will be charged for all team members with Owner or Creator permissions in all your stacks within that workspace.

NOTE: You will not be charged for Read-only team members. All the charges are prorated so that team members added anytime during the month will only be charged for the days they were added to the workspace.

It depends on your workflow needs. If you need more rows, attachments, revision history going to months, and other premium features you are much better with either Economy or Business Plan. But if you are using it for personal use, Free Plan could work for you as well.

Sure. We offer monthly, yearly and two-yearly plans. If you go for a yearly or two-yearly plan, it will be economical for your pocket vis-à-vis a monthly plan and you can save up to 25%.

All of the above. You can use Stackby for your personal use-cases, your team or department’s workflows and even manage multiple departments in your organization. That’s how we have built Stackby – to support organization-wide needs vs. one-two member workflows. If you are a small team in a large organization, that's good too. You can use it the way you want.

Yes, you can always move from one plan to another. For example, you can start with Personal or Economy plan and upgrade to Business plan anytime. Same way, you can downgrade the plan later as well.

Yes, Stackby has a free forever plan to begin with. Only limit is on the number of rows and attachment storage you can get per stack.

Yes, you can integrate Stackby with third party apps and software using native column linked API connectors and setup workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Integromat, Integrately, Pabbly Connect etc.
